Losveo – Cancel or Modify Your Order/Subscription

We understand that plans can change. At Losveo, our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below are our guidelines for modifying, canceling, or updating your order or subscription.

1. Order Modification Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system. Because we aim to ship your products quickly, we recommend double-checking your order details before completing your purchase.

2. Requesting Order Changes

To modify items, quantities, or your shipping address, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—but you can return items in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be made before your upcoming billing date.

Once a subscription renews, the order is confirmed and immediately enters processing — at that point, we’re unable to cancel or refund that shipment.

You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account or reaching out to our support team.

5. Customized or Personalized Orders

Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. For questions about canceling a custom item, please reach out to our support team directly.

6. How to Make a Change or Cancel

To modify or cancel an order or subscription, contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page. Include your order number and relevant details so we can help as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Order & Subscription Status Updates

You’ll receive email notifications for any changes, cancellations, or shipping updates so you’re always in the loop.
